This page explains how White Arrow Logistics Inc. uses text messaging for transportation operations. Messages are delivered through WALS TMS, the technology platform operated by WALS CORP.

Who May Receive Messages

White Arrow Logistics Inc. may send recurring, non-marketing operational text messages only to drivers who personally and affirmatively opt in. An employer, dispatcher, customer, or other representative cannot provide SMS consent on a driver’s behalf. White Arrow Logistics Inc. does not use purchased consent or purchased contact lists.

How Drivers Opt In

White Arrow Logistics Inc. does not collect SMS consent through this public webpage or through a text-to-join keyword. This page documents the disclosure and recorded verbal workflows used by authorized staff.

In-person verbal consent

During in-person driver onboarding or an existing-driver record update, authorized staff reads the complete disclosure below to the driver, asks whether the driver agrees, and waits for the driver to state “I agree.” Staff then records the driver’s mobile number, affirmative response, date and time, collection method, disclosure version, staff actor, and supporting notes in the secure WALS TMS consent ledger.

Telephone verbal consent

During a direct telephone onboarding or existing-driver record update call, authorized staff reads the complete disclosure below to the driver, asks whether the driver agrees, and waits for the driver to state “I agree.” Staff then records the driver’s mobile number, affirmative response, date and time, collection method, disclosure version, staff actor, and supporting notes in the secure WALS TMS consent ledger.

The driver is free to accept or decline. Consent is never preselected. A driver who declines SMS may receive operational information through available alternate channels.

• Load assignments and dispatch instructions
• Pickup and delivery appointments
• ETA, location, delay, and check-call requests
• Proof-of-delivery, document, and photo reminders
• Safety and compliance due-date notices
• Operational support responses
• Settlement availability notices

White Arrow Logistics Inc. does not use this program for unrelated advertising, promotional campaigns, third-party marketing, or lead generation.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies with active transportation work, load activity, due dates, and support requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchasing goods or services.

Opt Out, Re-subscribe, and Help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After STOP is processed, White Arrow Logistics Inc. will not send further operational texts to that number other than an allowed opt-out confirmation. A recipient who wants to resume messages must personally provide renewed consent through one of the recorded verbal processes above and may then reply START to remove the carrier block.

Consent Records and Privacy

White Arrow Logistics Inc. records proof of consent in WALS TMS, including the mobile number, consent action, date and time, collection method, disclosure version, staff actor, and available supporting evidence. If a number changes or consent is withdrawn, WALS TMS blocks further SMS until the recipient personally provides new consent.

White Arrow Logistics Inc. and WALS CORP do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent, mobile phone numbers, or text messaging data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.
